Unlimited Speaking Practice: Pay a one-time monthly fee of 39 euros and access unlimited daily conversation sessions in groups based on your English level (A2 to C2). Yes! New students can book a free trial for both our Private classes and Unlimited Speaking Practice sessions by visiting the trial lessons page.

For our Unlimited Speaking Practice group classes, we keep a maximum of 4 students per breakout room to ensure everyone gets plenty of speaking time. There may be other students in different breakout rooms during the session, and you'll have the opportunity to move around and chat with different people throughout the class — but never more than 4 people in your breakout room at a time.

After signing up, you’ll gain access to the student dashboard, where you can track your lesson balance, package details, and tutor availability. All classes take place on Zoom and last for one hour. No commitment — you can cancel anytime if you need a break.

After your trial class, simply visit our subscription page [here], where you can subscribe for a monthly fee of 39€. This will give you access to join all group classes, including the Speaking Practice sessions that run twice a day. There's no pressure — join whenever it suits you! All classes take place on Zoom and last for one hour.

Yes — you can cancel or reschedule a private class as long as you do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. If you miss the deadline, the class will be non-refundable. For group classes (Speaking Practice), you can easily join the next available session without needing to cancel or reschedule.

No — all our programs are flexible. You can cancel your subscription or package anytime.

Yes, you can join the program at any time, even in the middle of the month! Our classes are flexible, and you can start as soon as you're ready. If you're signing up for the Unlimited Speaking Practice, your subscription will start the day you sign up, and you'll have access to all available sessions for that month. For private lessons, you can choose your preferred time and schedule based on tutor availability, and the subscription will renew monthly. You’ll have the flexibility to book classes as per your convenience, ensuring a personalized learning experience.

All classes are held on Zoom. You’ll receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email as soon as your class has been scheduled.

For Unlimited Speaking Practice, you can simply join the next available class. For private or business classes, missed classes without notice are non-refundable.

In the rare event that a tutor misses a scheduled class, you’ll be notified as soon as possible. The class will either be rescheduled at your convenience or credited back to your lesson account. If your tutor doesn’t show up and you haven’t received any notification, please contact us immediately [here], and we’ll arrange a refund for that class.
